Conquest is my go-to when the game starts. Especially this year when you want a easy way to get TA done.

My issue with the mode is I don't like showdown and moments can be VERY luck dependent. And neither gives you stats/pxp. But I do think rewards wise its worthwhile and I can see it being great during slower times. I think ill do a lot of blitzing the stadiums for lower chance runs. And when my team is bit better Ill try the sweeper every now and then, if the teams stay live series (which I doubt they will) I can probably win occasionally with a mid diamond squad.
Just a heads up the showdowns do give you program progress at least. I just finished one and noticed it gave me stats towards the pipeline and TA guys I was using.

I don't understand why people hate conquest so much it's such a great way to get free...... packs and xp

Conquest is the reason I've been playing the game for 10 years. Diamond Quest is a horrible gambling time sink for the TikTok generation. How about "no" to all of that?

The “gamble” is to win a 3-inning rookie game against the CPU. That’s hardly a gamble…
I’ve maybe lost… 3… rookie games total the last 7 years…

Just in case anyone missed pergo_MLBTS comment, mini showdowns in Diamond Quest give program process.
I also noticed that pitchers get PXP for less than an inning pitched. Not sure if that's true for program points.

I played twice and ended up with 5 diamond (boss?) cards. which i sold for probably like 60k. super.

I seriously don't get the hate for the conquest maps. I get that stuff was locked behind it but for offline players, stuff is locked too though there is always some that whine that it is. Conquest isn't too bad now that they broke up the USA map.

To say “don’t lock rewards behind a game mode I don’t like” is pretty messed up.
Requiring you to play all the game modes to get all the cards makes actual sense…
