Fastest way to edit rosters?

I want to make a 0 OVR roster by keeping all the current MLB stars but just changing their overall, it is very time-consuming so I am wondering if anyone knows a quicker way than having to edit 100s in AA, AAA, and MLB or just by importing Joe Random one by one, takes forever...

@sbchamps17_NSW No i simply do it for road to the show to get called up to the MLB within 1 season instead of having to grind lol I make videos of it every year and people seem to like it, just tryna avoid hours of importing players
