I see to my happily shocked mind that Sasaki is already in the game as well as Kim. Are all international guys in day 1 now or are these guys different somehow? Just excited I don’t have to wait a few weeks to start my franchise so I have Sasaki.

The licensing rules didn't change,so the players (and their representatives) now familiar with the process must have gotten all the paperwork stuff done immediately so they could be in at launch instead of having to wait
