How long untill ???

I have been playing this game the show since 2008 every year. Usually when I first get the game I will wait until about the MLB All-Star break to actually start a franchise or road to the show and take it pretty seriously. Hopefully wait for the bugs and patches to come out in full because those are always the first things that seem to conflict with some things in game errors, AI, whatever. Just I want the patches to be done with first before I start a franchise and take it extremely seriously. I'm just curious do other people do this or is it just me?

So do you buy it at launch and just not play it or do you buy it at the break and hope for the best?

@Easy_Duhz_It__PSN I buy it at lunch. Yes, I play franchise diamond dynasty and road to the show, but I don't play it daily or as serious until majority of the patches are pushed out usually until All-Star break. That's why I'll tell take the game a lot more seriously. Obviously with every team there's either a major trade or injury once a month for me. That's critical for my franchise and a team as well.... I mean, how many times do you start roads to the show and there's a major trade in real life that is in the game as well....

@jake93436_PSN I haven’t played franchise in years. They haven’t improved it in years. I like MTO better. I didn’t play much RTTS last year. With it being detached from DD, I don’t see any reason to play it anymore.
