I say that every time people say “they won’t ever be in the game”. If I had a dollar for everyone who said that about Sosa and McGwire I’d have a lot of stubs
Truth is NO ONE knows who will be in the game.

Seems to be accurate.
It does suck that unlike most other major sports games when it comes to their Legends roster, The Show abides by an "addition by subtraction" model where they will add some big new names, but unfortunately others will be lost.

(not realising that it would be awesome for the game to have to best players ever in there … But honestly: I would really love all the old-timers, Ted Williams, Rogers Hornsby, Ty Cobb … give them all the collection rewards or no, as long as they are in the game -
NL West reward has GOT to be an amazing card. The Dodgers collection alone is gonna be a monster. I think a Dodgers collection for Jackie, Hershiser, or Koufax would be great. And yes, Curt Schilling would be a good AL West (Arizona) reward.
Darryl Strawberry or Dwight Gooden would probably be a better reward that my previous suggestion of [censored] Allen for NL East.I think the game in regards to adding legends really lacks high end right hand pitchers. They took away Walter Johnson. Still have Pedro and Nolan Ryan. But there are so many dominant lefties led by John Don and Randy. I think additions of Dwight Gooden, Roger Clemens, Curt Schilling, and the return of Walter Johnson would DEFINATELY be a breath of fresh air.

SDS can't just "add" players. It has to be a two-way street. It's possible that these players either don't want to be part of the game, have an exclusive deal with another company, or they are asking for more money in licensing fees than SDS is willing to hand over. I am willing to bet my dog that SDS has inquired (and probably many, many times) with Bonds, Clemens, ARod, etc., so it's not like Ramone is going to see this thread and think "Oh wow! Never even thought of having Clemens in the game!"
If a superstar is not in the game, there's a good reason for it.
