at the very least they should stuff a few “now and later” packs in the 50 pack bundle.

They do this year. Diamonds are 1:8. Just because random poster on the internet had bad luck doesn't mean they arent 'juiced'.
However, the diamonds may contain just about anything I think. Some of which has no sale value (those hand out future stars cards, not sure why they couldnt slap a 5k quick sell on those since they arent farmable)

Yeah, its only that one futures games card set I believe that has no sale value.
I am unsure if they put the other handouts like the Betts card in there or if those will just be dead cards for new players

My pack luck has been great since the 4th season started.
For instance I had a 10 pack today and pulled 99 Aroldis Chapman, 99 Geriot Cole and LS Ohtani

I exchanged all my the extra high value players in the TA missions...once they were done I just sold off a bunch left over and bought a 50 pack...I swear out of the 50, I landed 23 diamonds. I've never seen that before

Yeah packs are definitely juiced lately. I think I got 6 diamonds in 13 headliner packs. Lots of random Season 1 diamonds.
S1 cards are good. Maybe I can get Satchel soon.

I have 598 regular packs as of now. I’m waiting to finish a few programs to get up to around 700 and then I’m going to open all of them to see what happens.

In the last couple of weeks, I've had decent luck with diamonds. A recent The Show pack had Ronald Acuna Jr. And I've had a few low end diamonds, too.

I got Santander, Adley, Pipeline Skenes out of 150 packs + 3 chase packs. Also got Shohei, HR Derby Witt, Acuna Jr, Goose, Captain Suzuki and a bunch of other diamonds. Packs are juiced to the gylls lol

lol - yes. I grew tired of my pack luck so I let them sit. Once I got to 100 I figured I’d see how many I could accumulate. At 631 now. May go for 800 now - we’ll see now that seasons and TA are over.

Just this morning, I got a multi-series Chase pack in a The Show pack and pulled Adley Rutschman. Then, in the next pack I opened, another Show pack, I got a Pipeline card with Dylan Lesko of the Padres.
