Between Inning Position Changes / Subs

I have been asking for this for years and have never seen anyone else for some odd reason: If you pinch hit for someone of a different position, you should be able to change positions or make substitutions before the next inning starts. Even commentary in the game will question why you're playing someone out of position. LF in CF, etc.
It would better mirror IRL where they wouldn't send the team out there and then make changes to the defensive lineup.

In DD if you pinch hit for someone that is out of position, you get an immediate pop up that you have a player playing out of position and asks you to swap them out. At least in Off-Line Modes it does.
