Challenge of the week winner process

I thought this would be helpful to someone since there are no details provided. If you win or finish in the top 3 of challenge of the week. You need to log into your connected theshow account. The notification is not immediate. It took 6 days for the notification to post in my case. I do not know why it is not immediate but it isn’t. The notification appears at the top of your browser. You fill out the form and a challenge of the week winner category appears under your account.

I did connect with another winner on Reddit who said they received an email two weeks after they placed. For any winners- just be diligent and check your theshow account and connected email so you don’t miss the 72 hour window to claim your prize.

FYI- for everyone who thinks you have to cheat to win- you do not. And I did not. It all comes down to pitch recognition. I am a good hitter, but not great. I usually grind out wins online and have received my fair share of mercy losses. Recognize the pitch and be a defensive hitter, drink coffee, take breaks and stay focused- and pray for some lucky foul balls on wicked sliders low and away that you are slow to read because you have been chasing a pixelated baseball for 60 monitors in the dark

I finished first I think in week 25- I zoned in- when I finished I had 7 million points and 120 minutes of my life disappeared. That win was for stubs. This win was work. I set aside an hour each day to focus on learning the pitches and recognizing the “strikeout” pitches. I’m also really good with contact hitters like jazz- so that helped.
