DD data xbox to PS

I have been playing with Xbox. but I will buy PlayStation and keep playing the game.
So, I want to save my data. I found cloud upload in RTTS. But DD mode, how can I link the data? Just link xbox and PS account in The Show website?

There is no saving or anything. All you have to do is link your accounts. Make sure your Xbox is the primary account and your ps account is secondary.
