DD data xbox to PS

I have been playing with Xbox. but I will buy PlayStation and keep playing the game.
So, I want to save my data. I found cloud upload in RTTS. But DD mode, how can I link the data? Just link xbox and PS account in The Show website? -
There is no saving or anything. All you have to do is link your accounts. Make sure your Xbox is the primary account and your ps account is secondary.
