Face scaner issue

I've been trying to use the face scaner to make my ball player I'm from android phone, when i trying to use the face scaner never load the camera there's just a circle but nothing happens also sometimes sends me to the web and shows a error_code_4099 someone can help me ?

Last I heard it doesn't work on an android phone, did you try sending a support ticket to SDS?

@sbchamps17_NSW yes, ive opened a ticket support like 3 times but i have no answer. I would like to have a way to fix it but from now I'm just waiting for nothing
