I used the code to download the PS5 Version, however it now says code redeemed and showing in my transactions but not on my downloads/system anywhere

Anyone have this issue or know how to fix it, I did a hard reset, updates, licenses. still not showing up under downloads and when i search for it its asking me to purchase it but its already showing purchased in my transactions

Did you buy the game for the account you're trying to use the code?
