Is Vlad Jr the worst FoTF card?
-
Yadi and Posey are the worst. Vlad Jr. is the next worst but still head and shoulders above those two
-
Mancini, Boyd, Votto, Cain and Nola are also useless

Votto is still solid, but only “useless” because of better options available, and he shouldn’t have got a FOTF card. With Votto, Molina, and Posey getting or having better cards in the future they are technically the least useful, even on theme teams. Mancini just has bad fielding. IMO the FOTF cards for the Reds, Cardinals, and Giants should have been Suarez, Carpenter, and Brandon Crawford

Suarez would have been top tier

Mathew Boyd of the tigers imo

Yadi is the worst by far.
I am a big Yadi fan but will be the first to admit that his FOTF card is nothing special. Not sure if I would say it is the worst because I have not looked at them all. It is certainly better than live series Yadi for my all Cardinals Squad.
-
Yadi is definitely the worst.
Bad hitting, mediocre fielding.
Posey is by far the better catcher of the two.

Him or maybe Brian Anderson.
Actually, that Brian Anderson is pretty good. I used him in a BR run and was pleasantly surprised, plus he has insane versatility.
I'd say the absolute worst FotF card is probably the Joey Votto. I think the Yadier Molina and Lorenzo Cain are pretty bad, as well.

And in all honesty, I think the Indians Carlos Santana is the best catcher card you can get for the Faces of the Franchise cards.
-
I feel like they did Vlad Jr dirty with his card, and that's coming from a Yankees fan. I thought it would have been a little better.

Well his only year so far was pretty bad, so...
-
Does anyone have Lo Cain? I cant imagine anyone going after him.

I can tell that you sir are a very knowledgeable and true student of the game of baseball.

Mancini is underrated. Sure, he's not as great as some of the other guys in the program but he's definitely not in the bottom. Hit quite a few tanks with him in BR and he can play 1B so no need to worry about his defense.

After taking a second look at his ratings, you're right. He could be useful. Easy to assume he's a dumpster fire when he has that logo on his hat is all

I would be really disappointed if I was Giants fan. An 87 Posey when there’s a free 99 version available? Could’ve been a juiced Brandon Crawford, Hunter Pence, even a Brandon Belt.
I did use his card in a showdown run and it was pretty solid at the plate at least, but they could’ve used that to spot to give them a useable version that doesn’t have a 99 available already.

Yadi, Votto, Cain, Nola, Comforto, Guerrero and Boyd are met to me. The real question is who those teams future FOTF cards are.

Are they doing more FotF cards or are they going to put in allstar, breakout etc. There will be a Honus type card where we have to collect alot of cards and team affinity is a good spot to put them. Keeps people doing showdowns and M2O.

I'm seeing some Nola hate in this thread and while he's by no means great, he's somewhat usable on HOF difficulty simply because he has a sinker. But yeah on AS he's batting practice

The funny thing about that Vlad moment is the description of the moment. Talking about his 29 HR in one round of the HR Derby and 91 Total HR's. Card has no pop at all like OP said. Of course going up against Snell doesn't make things any easier.
