Intermittent disconnecting

I have Xfinity internet and have been randomly disconnecting from online games in the Show. This was not an issue on AT&T internet. Xfinity has not been much help and neither has the Show support. Has anyone here had issues with random disconnects? My internet works perfectly, never drops out and this issue only occurs with The Show.... thanks for any tips!
