I would think it will. It seems like there's a ways to go before there's enough for the collection. Ragans is a reward for the event with Greene.

It's now noon / 3 and nothing -- with all the content they have had to put out would not surprise me if it get delayed by a hour or 2 maybe more like 3 PST / 6 EST

Considering most of the content that is released has this time as it's drop we should expect it but all i am saying would be nice to see an update since we are all waiting for it. I mean give us a heads up or something but since giving us info is not a thing they do well then whatever

Set times are important. If they are going to drop at 12 Pacific every drop should be ar that time.

Yeah, not out at the normal time so I assume it will come out when it is done.
But I agree that they have conditioned us to expect updates at this time, so a simple post (on X since that is where they communicate) saying it will be dropping later would be a nice courtesy.
