Why have I been matched up against mega god squads and guys that hit every effing ball two miles? This is no fun. Six rage quits in a row.

That's a big point that could solve a lot of frustration. Matchmaking can be improved. It's rough going up against people who clearly play the game a bit more.

That’s why I don’t play online

For me it’s going from 600-450 on season resets…and facing guys with World Series badges. I’ve never made it to 800 in 4 years, so when someone says “oh just because they made World Series doesn’t mean they’re good…”it’s a load of poppycock

That's why you give it a few days to let those dudes clear out.

@Dookie-Possum_XBL stop. I just matched up to you a week or so ago. You quit before the first pitch. You just want to play beginners so you can maybe win. Stop with the match making. I didn’t have a god squad and was rated 475.

How do you know that? Can you go back a week or more of games?

@AdeptOfMemory_PSN honestly I saw his gamer tag and instantly remembered who he was. Plus I can go into recently played on my Xbox and it will show me

I got it. Yeah it goes back far! I looked through my MLB The Show profile and it went back a couple months so that's kinda cool didn't know you could go back that far.......
I am 400-600 on 24 and currently 700 on 23 and I have never run into anyone on these forums. -
Every roster has a star-studded lineup, it appears great pitching can hold it down for a little, but cannot contain the beast.

It's rare for me, but I have bumped into a bunch of folks on the forum over the years. Almost always a good game.
-
It's because only the die hatdcMLB players are left online, most of the average players has suited to single player or outright quit playing. It's a normal occurrence each year just happen much faster this year
-
A 'god squad' in the sub 600 range is almost always a mediocre player. You should never be concerned if you see one. Except that they are likely to use Shield Woods and [censored] that place.
-
@Teak2112_MLBTS truth. most of these players if you score 1 run on them are quitting or dash boarding.

I want to play online, because I do want those additional program and collection rewards...but I'll be damned if I'm gonna get that frustrated and raise my blood pressure that much over some digital cards.
Those cards simply aren't worth the lack of fun, aggravation, and playing WAAC type sweats. Getting my [censored] chopped and handed to me time and time again would just kill my desire to play, and I don't want that.

If they’re in the 4-600 range at this point if the season chances are they’re not good, even if they have a World Series icon. Lots of people have World Series icons that aren’t good (got carried in co-op, paid someone to get them there, played a ton of games to get there, etc.) just play the game who cares.
