CHALLENGE FAILED

Why all of a sudden been playing for months that every time I go to diamond dynasty search either a Casual or Ranked game doesn’t matter 1s, 2s, or 3s. I FIND AN OPPONENT it sits and loads for 15 sec than says “Challenge Failed” and before you say anything this is the only multiplayer game that does this I play COD, RL, Xdifiant all are fine your game is not what’s the problem all of a sudden?

I’ve redownloaded the game, ive restarted the router nothing works.
