I play in a perpetual slump.

But for real breaks are good and I would up the difficulty. I did and I felt I got better

It happens to everyone. It has been especially difficult getting used to the new timing windows post (foul ball) patch.

Just switch up something with your hitting, like temporarily changing your PCI or something, and that may help. I remember last year I was slumping so I switched to Timing Hitting for a couple of games. When I returned to Zone, I did much better.
