Question for SDS regarding Game and website Icons

I changed my in game icon several weeks ago to the STL Nike Connect icon but while my past choices have appeared here on the forum, now I just get the standard "First Initial" icon instead?
Is there a trick to getting the icon to display? Is it that the Nike Connect icon is not added to the website? If so then I will switch back to a more standard icon in the game.
It just makes the forum a little easier to navigate when I can quickly pick out my posts thanks to an icon.
