How are you supposed to hit Newhouser?? It seems almost impossible, especially when it feels like I’m starting my swing at the same time and get too late then very early on my feedback. There’s literally zero time to react yet I’m “very early”?

Sounds like you had a laggy game in an mlb stadium. I see him get rocked by good players.

It didn’t seem like it. What does the stadium have to do with it?

When the dude brought in Wood, it was like night and day. I still lost 2-1 but was able to react and get some hard hit [censored]. He wasn’t good at the plate.

Major League stadiums play terribly. All the fans it generates causes lag in the game, so stadiums have a lot to do with how game plays.

    Well that’s pretty awful.

Yep, I agree, it's why you see most competitive ranked people play in Minor league stadiums.

Yep, always take Capitol Field (any MiLB would do but love the backdrop) as a courtesy; playing road in MLBs always causes lag for me

Yep it’s been an issue for years. Why you will see all the youtubers playing in minor league stadiums.

Also the timing windows are a little hard this year so combined with mlb stadiums it can be hard to hit.

Major League stadiums are terrible. I really wish SDS would address this. Have the seats empty or poorly rendered. That would be better than messing up the gameplay.

    Some MLB stadiums are alright.

I play in Miller and Great American Ballpark and neither of those lag for me.

Coors, Minute Maid, Yankee stadium are terrible though

People blaming their inability to hit on stadiums. SMDH. It'll never stop.

Most of you use the whole screen as a strike zone so stop the complaining.

He went 13 innings for me and struck out 26, while allowing 3 runs in Ranked. It was a low division, but he had the guy looking silly.

I would tend to agree with you but intermittent lag would explain why some of my swings on the FB were very early and others were too late when I hit the button at pretty much the same point. It was like a moving target, literally and figuratively.

If the stadium is the issue for the away team, there’s no incentive for players to choose a minor league park, sadly.

Except its a known fact that some MLB stadiums cause huge input lag
