Wildcard Slots Locked

Generated a new S2 squad and all 4 Wildcard slots are still locked. Yes I selected Generate Best S2 Squad, restarted my console, and have the green check mark next to Season 2 eligible. All 4 purple circles next to WILD have a lock in them. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

You don't get any by default. You have to unlock three in the Xp path but they will take a while. They have not told us how we can earn the fourth one yet.
The first one is just before 60k

This is not how it's supposed to work cause -- your supposed to get one from the start then unlock the 2nd then 3rd then the last one -- this is why there are 3 on the path.

It is absolutely how it is supposed to work. Maybe not the way we want it to work but the way they intended it.
They have been pretty clear on that point. It was in stated their blog. It was the way they presented it in their live stream. They have said on more than one occasion that the fourth WC spot would be unlocked in a different manner.
But people misread things, streamers spit out misinformation, and people just went into season 2 making assumptions.

I re-read it and your right but for some reason it feels wrong cause the picture they use makes it look like one is unlocked from the jump. Now i know when you read the post it says unlock first one etc etc but like usual they turned something simple and made it into a cluster BEEP.
Since I am not much of an online player only here and there very rare but that is another issue I kind of have why even have wildcards if only online players can take advantage of it. I mean offline players cannot even use it to help do like TA's and such and kind of unfair in some ways. They claim to say play the game your way then one of the features is really only for online players. --
SDS -- You do realize in 5 to 6 weeks your going to lose 15 to 25% of your player base maybe more to EA ( NCAA) and that is ironic since they are even more greedy then you and your trying to slowly become them. Well whatever I still mostly enjoy parts of this game but what I find funny is your "face" of the game ( Russell ) looked like he did not even want to be there he looked like he was fulfilling a contact and just wanted to be done ASAP.

They would not help. Season 1 cards in the wildcard slots do not count towards Season 2 Team Affinity.

@blitz77tw_PSN not everyone plays every sports game. And I certainly wouldn’t support a company that gave college athletes $600 and a free copy of the game for their likeness rights either.
