What's the chance they have an actual London Series Program tomorrow? Or will it be a content in packs for this one?

I'm sure they will. Maybe not before the game but I'm sure they drop them soon.

They'll be a pack, but it won't be until next week. Whether a program/map/showdown accompanies is only known by Gray's Sports Almanac.

Last year it was packs and they, if I recall correctly, pretty much chose random players from the two teams.

Unless they reverse course its highly unlikely we get a program.
The other two international series were packs and they are particularly Other Program averse so far this year.
But who knows, maybe they will adjust based on feedback. -
