Unable to connect to any of the servers

I am unable to play MLB the show 24. Anytime I log in I get a network error and it says “your connection to MLB the show online has been lost”

I have tried everything. Reinstalled several times. Even tried the show 22.

I am on PS5.

I have put in a few tickets but not received any responses. Is there anything I can do? At this rate I want to ask Sony for a refund on my digital purchase since 2/3 of the game isn’t accessible to me.

If you’re wireless, have you tried wired? If you’re wired, have you tried wireless? What part of the world are you in?

@Blind_Bleeder_PSN I haven’t tried wireless yet. I have xfinity same as I did when I played 22. I am in Northern California.

You could try to open ports. I think PortForward dot com still has TS23 ports and guide. Probably won't help in game with another player but may help keep you connected in the game

I am in NorCal too (Pollock Pines) on Xfinity and I can get on fine with my PS5 as long as I'm on wireless. I think the ethernet card in my PS5 is wonky because sometimes when I connect the cat-5 cable to it, I will get that error. I can play wired on my XBox X just fine, but not my PS5.

Try wireless and see if that helps. I hope it does.
