Low Sinkers

SDS

Not a complaint just a question. Anybody finding it difficult to induce ground balls or double plays on well below the zone sinkers. Seems like everytime its well below the zone its ripped through a gap. Which is the main purpose of the pitch

I actually feel like low sinkers are way more usable this year than last year, you don't have to throw it high to make it effective.

Seems like everytime i throw its ripped. I mean well below too. I mean i understand if its perfect or good contact but most of the time its weak contact but the ball is zipping through the infield. Seems like i get more grounders middle above.

To add i do have success on low corners and slightly below, just seems anytime i through it well below is when its ripped

If it is below the zone but still centered on the plate, then it will be ripped. I’ve found that you should be aiming it below the zone on (or off) the corners.

But to be honest, some players will still smoke that. Just how some cards/players are.
