Stadium Creator has never been released for the older platforms and that likely has a lot to do with the degraded capabilities relative the new platforms. I think it's solidly clear that if you want to use SC, you will have to purchase one of the new consoles.

No, please don't. This is a huge part of the reason there hasn't been a significant engine upgrade on this generation of consoles, having to make it on previous gen is holding this current generation of consoles back big time. And it's not the console owners faults, it's the fact that the current gen released at the absolute worst possible time, and people have never caught up. Haven't been able to. But at some point you've gotta cut the cord
