Not getting my twitch drops, any suggestions?

For about the last month and a half I’ve earned around 25-30 packs that I’ve never received.

@NoahNaysayer_XBL It’s an ongoing problem every year. I didn’t get any all of last year or the year before. I’ve been getting them this year, but sometimes weeks later. You can submit a ticket, but it doesn’t seem to help.
