Yeah, he is a core card after all

Figured it would be core, but surprised it's not a 92-93 - not that it matters much anyway. He better get a nice attainable card later in the cycle though!
-
I was pretty close.
-
Yeah, they picked a year where he only hit 30 HRs as a way to keep the overall down by not giving him much power (I assume that is where this card will lack). He hit 49 HRs in 1934 and 1936 which was a career high.

He's a 99 til next Friday

That's nice. I am sure once season 2 rolls around most players will replace him with a TA first baseman with more power.
-
I was surprised he was 90 -- I thought he would be 85 to 88 CORE so I give them a passing grade on the card. There was ZERO way they were giving us a CORE 95 plus so those people keep dreaming -- LOL
-
Actually, the 90-Core is pretty good, since it gives everybody a chance to have a very good 1B/DH with Season2 starting. I will have a look at his attributes and I will use him, if contact vs RHP is higher than Palmeiro
-
He's my favorite all time player. Can't wait to put him on my squad!

Quick easy program. Gehrig swing is always A+ for me anyways. 80k+ XP for 20 minutes of playing

What first baseman did everyone use to complete the missions?
