April POTM

Who does everyone think should get April POTM? I know a lot of people are saying Contreras and Ozuna but I think due to his history I doubt Ozuna will get it. In my opinion Gunnar Henderson and Shota should be in the conversation. Shota has the lowest ERA in the league and hasn’t lost a game yet. If he does get POTM they need to give him a 5 pitch mix. He actually throws 6 different pitches. Fastball,Sweeper,Splitter,Cutter,Curve and Sinker.

They already gave Shota a card doubt he gets another one though. Probably Gunnar.

Are they even keeping track by dates. Are there date ranges? Is it just the last 4 weeks? So far in May Henderson is batting .178. It's a tough call since many of the main contenders have already been given a mid 90s cards in the programs. Gunnar is one of the leaders in the last month with only a singular Gold card so far so it is not a bad bet.

Is it just for the month of April? I was not sure if they were still doing the "Monthly" awards... If it is for specifically April, then my picks would be 1. Betts, 2. Bohm, 3. Gunnar, 4. William Contreras (Ohtani, Elly, and Soto would be in the conversation but they already have Flashback Diamond cards).

Unfortunately Bohm already has a Topps Now card so he probably won't get it, but I believe that Gunner Henderson will just based off his April numbers

Forgot about Bohm's Topps, so yes scratch him... It will be interesting, and I like these projections.... Gunnar had several more HRs in April but Betts is right there with him, when considering everything else.Betts: .340 .443 .515 .421 - 12% SO rate
Gunnar: .280 .336 .598 .398 - 28% SO rate(...and I am still not sure if this is just for April? Have they confirmed that?)

I'll probably never pull Mookie's LS. Thats why id like a 99 Mookie. It is amazing how I never pull the gatekeepers in packs.

Just FYI Gunner is getting the Weekly Awards card in the Program. It is a 99 overall and opens the door for someone else to be the Lightning player.

He's been arrested for domestic violence and SDS doesn't give better cards to players who've been arrested for domestic violence he will never get one
