You also get 20,000 towards the program from completing it once... Check the fine print.
Double check the fine print.
If you face Treinan at the end; you only get vouchers.
If you face Wood; that one is the Extreme and gives you 20K.

Ok I just finished TA CH 3 vs Blake Treinen and got 2 vouchers. LOL ...It was definitely not worth it, for me at least. It used to 20k per Division for CH 2, and apparently, that was too much of a reward.

That's the Extreme one now. Base one nets you vouchers. Just another way for them to control how you play.

Another problem is that they did not remove their "20,000 Rewards" indicator at the top-right of the screen under "TA S1: C3 EXTREME Showdown". ...And even though I completed it, it still shows my progress as unchecked (even though I did receive 2 vouchers).
Regardless, if they are going to change the rewards, they need to do better informing us of that.

Are you looking at the correct Showdown? There is two different ones for Ch 3. One is Extrene vs Kerry Wood where you get 20K for each division. The other is rhe regular one when you face Treinan and you can earn up to 4 vouchers and it's repeatable.

Yep, you are correct... Apparently you can do the Extreme one again. I already completed it for CH 2, so I just hope that I get the 20k for CH 3. -
