Brock stewart has 40 straight innings without allowing a run, how is his live series card so low

It looks like he was solid last year but he wasnt very good when he played last in 2019. I think they go off a 3 year average. If he keeps it up, the boosts will follow

Because ERA does not count for anything.
For a reliever K/9 and BB/9 is really important. The last update his h/9 was raised by 4 and his K/9 raised by 2. Unfortunately his BB/9 went down by 8 (42 is incredibly low).
It's been this way for years. I noticed it a few years back when Alex Reyes was one of the best relievers in the first half and an all star selection and never made it to gold because while he got himself out of jams and prevented runs from scoring he allowed too many baserunners.
Also a few years back Adam Wainwright was like #7 in the NL Cy Young voting and was a silver all season.
