Does the pitcher pay Nick's salary? No ? Then he should stfu and pitch better.

A 4 run lead is not a blowout. He should absolutely get on base any way he can.

Reminds me of the game Saturday wsox vs Phils. Pinto came into the 9th with a 9-0 lead ,10 mins later Alvarado had to come in bases loaded with tying run at plate to get the last out.
No lead is ever truly secure(though to almost blow 9 is ridiculous)
