I used to be a fan of The Show until they destroyed their own game, making it so boring by not rewarding players for their real skills. Now it's all about weak fly balls or ground balls with good, and even perfect, swings since all they care about is low scoring and allowing non-skilled players to feel good by having competitive games even when they aren't skilled.
So, Is "The Show 24" more of the same?

Not at all, it still feels the same as last year. And by the way, are you using the bat PCI? If not, switch to it right now, it’s literally a game changer!!!

This game is so beautiful and I feel the batting has gotten better. Keep playing and practicing, you’ll get there.

I can guaranteed that you're not better then me. My timing is almost perfect and this game suk. Most good and perfect swings ends being easy ground or fly balls. Not need to field the ball.

Now at times when pitching, the ball is going up or off my target with perfect pitching releases.

Batting is great in this game and any issues are user skill related.

Hitting is way ahead of pitching this year. If you are swinging at things out of the zone too, even with good timing and PCI, you are going to have some poor contact. I'm calling bs on this OP here.
