Every year I give him a chance and every year his card is completely useless! Is there a particular way to utilize him? I gotta be missing something. Does anyone else have success with him?

Collections. Thats pretty much the only way to utilize him.

Sad to say but he is easy to read and if you dont have outlier, youre going to be pretty easy to hit.
