Nintendo Switch Network Connection

My Nintendo switch is connected to the internet but when I open the game it says I am not connected to the internet. I deleted the game and reinstalled it without success. I have tried everything I can think of but this game just won't work for me.

Check the router. May have to restart the console.

Do you have whatever is needed, for the Switch, subscription wise to be able to play online?

Playstation is PS+
XBox is XBox Live
Switch is ?????

You need a Nintendo online membership. Very easy to get
