How to save to cloud?

I started my franchise and created a team on xbox. I was able to save the team but how do I add the team to the cloud so I can use it on ps5? I saw the franchise and MTO have the option to save to cloud. Are those the only modes you can save to cloud? how about RTTS?

Wouldn't you just link both systems through the website?

yes i have both system linked. but does it automatically carry over franchise / MTO / RTTS? or I have to save it on cloud?

So found that you do have to save to the cloud for franchise to carry over from one console to the other.
