Look SDS, I know you see how much bad feedback is coming at you from all angles, from diamond dynasty, franchise, road to the show, and more. But why most of the time it seems that you choose to ignore the community? I'm not saying you should consider every suggestion by your fans, but maybe sit down and actually listen to us... It's been very disappointing for me to see nothing has really changed from the 23 version to this current one.
On the other hand, I know that it is hard to just create a video game, but to do it annually with loads of content on a weekly basis? It's pretty difficult and requires a lot of efficiency. At some point though, there should be accountability and responsibility to fix major errors and bugs in the game and improve content, etc. But they haven't really done anything yet, nor listen to feedback...

They did respond to our request for detail about the xp cap with a very well done explanation of it.
Sadly thats about it for any kind of impactful communication
