Wrong batting stance or pitching windup/stretch

I'm not sure if this is a topic already, but I'm sure there's a few wrong.
John Kruk has the wrong stance. They got him in a more generic stance. His actual stance was more of a straight up stance, with him facing the pitcher, bat up high,moving it around.
Haven't noticed any pitchers with a wrong windup or stretch yet.
