Account Reset? 4/4/24

@Skylerc123 all you have to do is download the ps4 version of the game and your team and progress is there. I played all day yesterday on ps4 version but my ps5 is still nuked at the moment.

Does anyone else here play on xbox x and ps5 both? Just wondering if you are having problems. I admit i havent read through this thread but I havent seen anyone but myself having the kind of trouble im having. Thanks

I have both but do not play on both. Prior to this year I was entirely a PS5 guy but this year I went with a games pass version.

@Dolenz I don't play on Xbox but I do play on ps5 and switch and my progress is gone on both. I downloaded the ps4 version of the game and my progress and team is there so I've been playing on the ps4 version for the time being. I'm not sure about Xbox since ice never owned one but is there a previous Gen version of the game like there is for playstation? If so that might be a work around for the time being.

Downloaded the PS4 version and all of my progress was there. Any idea how to get it back on my PS5 version?

When was the last time you tried the PS5 version?

To be clear, you did not get your progress restored at all or you did but are now getting an error when trying to link?

I redownloaded the PS5 version and all of my progress was there. This seemed to finally do the trick. Wish I knew this earlier @Victor_SDS

@Victor_SDS_MLBTS going to try uninstalling game on both xbox x and ps5. Reinstall and see if that I can get lucky. I want to be clear. I have everything up to date on PS5 just with the wrong psn name. I somehow lost it and can't get it back. Xbox X im still the right name. But its redeeming the MVP editon all over again. Ive logged out, back in. Tried to relink the PS5 with my MLB name here and it won't work. That is where Im currently at. Thanks for responding that is a plus.
