Account Reset? 4/4/24

I pre ordered and lost all my pre order bonuses, stubs, story line progress and DD progress. Waited for the server update to finish logged in and still nothing. Everything is gone still. Not to mention I have not received any response from SDS on my submission form.

@MoneyManMike55 I am giving them until this weekend and then I am just done playing this game for good. I’ll just watch baseball. This game is so time consuming to have this happen is a nail in the coffin for me.

yeah my yard is calling me at this point....looks like its toast and i'm out $70 and my time...will be the last time I buy this game. Buyer beware on sony and SDS.

@JestersDead13 if they don’t fix it then it becomes a liability. Who wants to spend hours upon hours to unlock things to risk losing it. It was bad enough they created seasons where you spend 10-12 hours or even more to unlock a single card that can only be used during that season. Wild cards are a joke.

yeah they definitely have bit off more than they can chew. I know the feeling. Companies and big wigs run and hide when things go bad or get tough but will shine the light and make them seem like they were the only one to get the project done.
There shouldn't be any new content released until every person's account is made whole. Whether that means refunding the money on the game and giving in game stubs for all the cards and items they unlocked or restoring the accounts back to where they were. We paid money for a obvious broken product and used as beta testers. AND WE PAID FOR IT. -

First of all, as someone who spent most of his career in support roles. Multiple tickets does not make things move faster. It simply clogs up the support queue.
They have probably have had thousands, if not 10's of thousands of tickets submitted on this issue. I guarantee that the support staff, which is probably a limited number, is overwhelmed. If one support person replied personally to each ticket they handle and handled one ticket every 5 minutes then that is still less than 100 tickets handled in an 8 hour shift.

Well good luck getting any response after today because you know that they don't work on weekends, they obviously didn't last year or this year for Nintendo switch players

Oh man, I was so happy last night to get mine back and be able to play but waking up and seeing so many of you not be restored yet makes it a bittersweet situation I really hope they can restore all your accounts soon, hang in there I know how stressful it is/was trust me

I’m not downplaying your issue, I feel bad for, but like he said. 100 tickets an hour is a good estimate, if it’s 10000 ticket, 24 hours is still too short.

Now for everyone else that got their stuff back, are you confident this won't happen again? Fixing the accounts is the first issue. The second issue now is to tell your customers that it won't happen again and our product is stable and good. Waste more time and have it wiped because of incompetence?
Yeah I'm bitter. Party of WAYYYY more than one, I guarantee. Imagine if Minecraft or any other major online game had this issue and ruined even a few hours of gameplay? Would have been national news.
If they are fixing accounts one by one, they need to tell us that's what's going on. Cause the longer the blackout, the more upset I am and I'm sure others are. Its the least they can do...
