if I complete a conquest map and get all the hidden items, if I do the map again will I still get the hidden items or not?

Hidden items are only earned once

If an award is repeatable, it'll say so in the list (like re-conquering the USA map giving you a 20 pack).

Yep sadly that's the way it is. Conquest is by far my favorite game mode and it sucks when i finish them
