Corrupted save

I fired up the game, moved some players around, saved and went to the roster vault. When I tried to load back in to the franchise save, it said file was corrupted. How? I didn’t even close the game app and it didn’t crash.
I tried reloading the file from the cloud and rebuilt the database and nothing.
Any idea on how/If I can fix it ?

Just happened to me. In franchise mode, very furious.

It happened to me right after patch 3 in April, has not happened since, I turned off auto save and saved the game manually I don't know if that helped maybe I've just been lucky.

With any game always have 2-3 saves. This has been normal practice since the beginning of gaming

There are posts all over about this but no one talks about how to fix it. Can I assume there is no fix?
