Took them an hour ish before they made a post on X to promote the program unlike most of the time they do it an hour or more before it even drops. It's like I said the people who do the live streams KNOW this is garbage but are only following orders so try and aim your hate to the suites who only care about one thing -- MONEY
-
@DEF266 It was one of the most popular programs since 2019. Why 2019? That's the year they took POTM away from packs and made it all earnable in the program.
-
@Skarmaen I forgot that they did that.

At least they gave us Ohtani and trout I mean it’s brutal but could’ve been even worse
That was a poor feeble attempt to shut us up.
Btw, those cards are like playing with Hall of Famers 40 yr old veteran cards.. They aren't making my team. If Trout had 59 vision instead of 60, his card would be competitively better.
They know how to be scumbags even though they still don't know what they're doing. -
Trout won’t be making my ranked lineup, but I’m using him in the event for the missions and he still hits bombs and crushes the ball. His swing is just so nice.
-
I see them putting in a poor man's version of Trouty and Bet-boy as a way to calm us that haven't pulled their LS versions yet, knowing 'Blandard' pack odds are a joke. Instead, it stoked the flames even higher. Insulting our intelligence is a dangerous road to travel, SDS.

So a couple of things:
- SDS is a business designed to make money. The wider the net for supported systems and end users, the higher the overhead. We are essentially mad at them for being what most other online sports games are because they never used to be that way? It was always going to be this way and you they are still doing better than other game developers.
2.) There might be a pack incoming. If you want X player early you pay now, but if you wait there isn't a fee to obtain that same player. Seems like it is pay to play this second, but free to play in a week. I would give them a bit of grace until we see how it plays out. They said they have a plan and I believe them.

This hasn’t been true yet this year

I am not one to normally agree with over the top complaining or getting around the profanity filter with creative spelling but I kind of have to agree that I hate the new format for these cards.
This attempt at a whole new format as well as hiding cards behind paywalls is pretty scummy. I can't support this style, its an underhanded yet blatant way of just assuming your player base is dumb enough to fall for it...they could have at least called it rain.

A sub-par Trout? No thank you.
I just hit a 507 foot HR with sub-par Trout in RS. I take back everything I said.

What's scummier is not knowing what a paywall is.
