BR or events defensive error in clutch situations

Can someone help me? Every BR run or event with two outs in the 3rd inning on clutch situations my defensive SS or SB is missing very easy grounders. I posted it a while back. Got no replies. It’s happening nearly 100 percent of the time in clutch situations. It’s gotten really bad to the point I can’t understand how I’m not reading about it. It feels extremely scripted. I’ve even got guys messaging me after saying they are sorry and that’s [censored]. I wanna know if anyone else is getting this.

I generally don't hit that well so in BR I'll draft defense. I can't score many runs but I also don't give that many away. I'm not going flawless anyway so I just want to get through the program as quickly as possible and that means squeaking out a middling run each time I spend that 1500. I'm thrilled with 4 or 5 wins if I can get them, and not having as many of those defensive miscues really helps.

I ran into a huge problem last night I tagged someone at home and my catcher dropped the ball as he was tagging the player at home which I've never seen before .

It’ll happen most on clutch situations for sure. I can’t get past it. Everything seems worse since update 3. I was well early on swings now getting pCI literally perfect isn’t cutting it. I just hit a PP with jimmy rollins and it died at 394. Reminds me of 23 in that instance. But something definitely feels off this weekend
