Will pre order benefits transfer to other console

I preordered the game on my ps5 but I’m home now with my Xbox. Haven’t even opened the game on my ps5. Was wondering if I could still open my packs on my Xbox

No; you have to claim and open them on PS5 and they’ll be in your inventory

Like mentioned above. You will have to claim and open them on PS5. Then you can use them wherever.

If you link your accounts and make your PS account as primary, you will see your rewards from your PS version on your XBox version.
The rewards (and progress) are saved in your account on the server. When you give access to that account from your XBox, then it is like playing on the same machine. The only caveat to this is any rewards from your XBox version or stubs purchased from Microsoft will not show until the accounts are unlinked.
