We Want A Refund!! Switch Users

Have missed out over a week and a half already of Diamond Dynasty and no sign of wanting to help switch owners. Give us our money back! No effort at all or updates on why the issue has not been fixed.

You should 100% be able to get a refund. That being said, they will 100% not allow that to happen.
We honestly need legislation in place to allow for digital refunds when a product doesn’t work as advertised. If you buy something from a store and it doesnt work, or you don't want it, you take it back. Its that simple. Gaming is a multi-billion dollar industry, yet you can't return a purchased product. Not because it's impossible, but because the companies don't want too give you your money back.
Gonna take awhile tho, most lawmakers were young adults before the internet was invented.

You need to contact Nintendo for a refund. That's who you bought it from.

All Switch users should get a refund AND get to keep the game.
For time spent in frustration. A restaurant would do this. At least pre-Covid...

The second part is kind of ridiculous. Everyone on switch would request refunds and just play it for free.
I have not fully kept up but do the other modes (RTTS or Franchise) work? Is it just DD that is having the issues?

@Dolenz For those who paid for early access, they didn't provide early access and kept our money. Some may call that theft.

It's not ridiculous at all. It would be decent customer service after this whole fiasco. And it would be smart business in a few ways.
