Same deal. Haven't gotten anything and have had drops linked for years now.

I haven't received drops and didn't unlink my account. I claimed them and 24 hours later, still not received.

Finally got a response from my ticket.... generic cut and paste response providing information on how to link my account even though my ticket stated I had already done the troubleshoots

I'm having issues too. The ticket said to log into my mlb the show account and unconnect from twitch. Did that and still nothing

Yeah, they did absolutely nothing to fix it. Still haven’t got my last 5 packs.
