I think it’s linked correctly. I have my Show account linked to my PlayStation account. And then I went into twitch and linked it to my show account… them the rules, right?
I’ve been waiting a few hours for the packs to drop, but I’ll remain patient. I know it’s a different game and studio, but it usually took 24 hours for my Madden drops to hit. -

I got the first three earlier today no issue, but the last two never showed up. Twitch even says I claimed them, but there’s no record of them in my inventory or open pack history.

I claimed the 5 at around 8pm yesterday, its now 6am and I still don't have them. Double and triple checked my account links, they're fine, and nothing.

Same deal. Haven't gotten anything and have had drops linked for years now.

I haven't received drops and didn't unlink my account. I claimed them and 24 hours later, still not received.

Finally got a response from my ticket.... generic cut and paste response providing information on how to link my account even though my ticket stated I had already done the troubleshoots

I'm having issues too. The ticket said to log into my mlb the show account and unconnect from twitch. Did that and still nothing

Yeah, they did absolutely nothing to fix it. Still haven’t got my last 5 packs.
