Face Scan not loading camera

Having problems on iPhone 13 iOS version 17.3.1. Everything but the face scan works. With the face scan it says it can’t initialize the camera.

I updated my app and checked everything I needed to but it still won’t let me make a new Face Scan, last time it worked was in 2023, It always says that it’s not accessible at this moment and the Face Scan button is crossed off.

if the button is crossed off and access is not granted, it's possible that your account is not eligible for the feature.

Been trying to do my face scan and it just sits at the loading screen for the camera what's going on I've had this issue since the show 23
I am playing on the Xbox series x/s can someone explain why the feature isn't working -

Same issue you with a Motorola stylus. Won't load the camera for face scan. Just keeps spinning and spinning. Can someone explain?

Realme GT Neo 2 5G, face scan not working. Signing in does not work through the Edge browser. It works through Chrome

Seems like an Android 13 issue. I'm on a Sony Xperia 1 iii phone. Just get the spinning wheel. I've tried playing with all the permissions and settings, but nothing works.

Definitely an android issue, had an issue with the face scan then changed to iPhone and haven't had a problem since
