Holy cow. I almost lost to the CPU Athletics in Hero Stadium (high altitude) on Rookie.
I had 3 runs on 12 hits while the A's had 2 runs on 7 hits. I only had 3 walks and no Ks. I stranded 12 runners.
I had no perfect-perfects, but the A's had 4 (2 HR, a LD out and a ground ball single).
I started Misiorowski. He gave up 2 R on 7 H in 7 I with 10 Ks. He threw 103 pitches. I closed with Lowder (that's right, I used an SP as a closer for the program points), who had 3 Ks in 2 innings of work and threw 20 pitches.
Yeah, I am that bad!

I kid you not, hardest team i have faced so far, lost to them twice both times they walked me off. I blame that stadium, i hate playing Oakland when i'm the away team.

For most of us that pack came later than the others. I think it was my second or third session before it appeared. Make sure when you end a session close the game completely so that it initiates when you start again.

Ugh! This is the ultimate sticker shock. Going from all 99s to cards with just enough power to get through. It will help me appreciate the 99s when they do come, but for now...give me some oxygen

I've been using the cards from the Derek Jeter storyline, O'Neil rakes and Posada is always fun.
