Why is there a limit for creating players? I wanted to remake the entire super mega baseball roster to use for franchise but i can't because of the limit.

Try editing players by changing them by names. I had this also. When i want to create a roster that is realistic i went on editing players and changed the names of them to new names that i wanted yo have in system
